In 2022, they became the first company in the world to put nature on their board and so far they have donated £27,805.36 and planted 61,950 trees with us.

MAKING CHANGE TOGETHER.
Another treasured partnership, Faith in Nature, joined us as a partner in Dec 2020. They are an alternative ethical, cruelty-free natural beauty brand. They have a passion for harnessing the power of Nature, without causing harm in the process and their ethos is that nature is the boss. They’ve been putting nature first since they originally founded in 1974. In 2022, they became the first company in the world to put nature on their board.
In 2022-2023 they donated a % of their profits for every order through their website, donating 3.7% in support of our work toward climate resilience, community well-being and biodiversity loss.
In 2023, they hosted a crowd-funding campaign asking for investment to support their growth. They included a donation to Treesisters as part of a rewards scheme for investors, which generated £12,208.
WHAT IF NATURE HAD LEGAL RIGHTS?
We hosted an intimate community gathering for some of our nature-loving businesses. Brontie Ansell (Lawyers for Nature & Faith in Nature) led an inspirational session on 'Nature positive corporate governance' and shared how Faith in Nature gave Nature a seat and vote on their Board of Directors.
Representatives from Pukka Herbs, Sawday's and Faith In Nature attended, and we had a productive and motivational discussion about how we can truly be led by nature.
