The connection between meditation and nature is a strong one. Both have been proven to significantly improve mental health, reduce blood pressure, increase dopamine and oxytocin production, and give more energy. All of these are vital to show up for yourself and the planet. TreeSisters created the Full Moon meditations as an opportunity to connect and tune into the cycles of nature and allow a moment of stillness and mindfulness in our busy lives.

THE ELEMENTAL BODY
Join us for our next 6-month Full Moon Meditation journey and discover how the elements are alive in your body. Tune in to the hidden landscapes within and feel how this flow of matter and energy weaves us into the larger web of life with each breath we take.
These live full-moon meditations and co-creative poetry practices aim to reconnect us with the natural world and remind us of the importance of living in harmony with all. They are audio-only, allowing you to drop into and fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Welcome to the first of this new series of Full Moon Meditations and discover the Elemental Body within. In this first session, we dive in with the adaptable and flowing water element. Making up over 60% of our bodies, we will explore how the water within us connects to the water on Earth. We will also consider how to cultivate some of water's qualities, including flow, power, and depth, as we take care of ourselves and the natural world.

There is so much, seen and unseen, life, which supports the complex systems of the forest, from the roots to the soaring birds nesting in the highest treetops. Each full moon call is your opportunity to gather, slow down and listen.
We will learn from the forests as they constantly shift, creating a natural balance of harmony. Come and be welcomed. Drop into and pause under the bright light of the fullness of the moon. Unite together across the world to create poetry together from our interactions with the life of the forest floor.
