CONNECTING WITH MEDITATION.

We encourage a return to cyclical living - A reminder of how Nature is alive inside us all, with times of action and expansion and times of rest and reflection. We gather in community when the full moon’s glow illuminates the Earth to support us in the knowledge that we exist within bigger cycles than ourselves and engage with the potent energy of fruition and manifestation.

 

Practising embodied meditation is a powerful way to experience community. It helps us become more aware of our place within the wider web of life and encourages us to tap into our creativity and interoceptive awareness. This guided and co-creative poetry practice allows us to be fully present in the moment and explore the realms of our body and imagination.

AT HOME IN NATURE.

For this series of Full Moon Meditations, we delve into the theme of "home" and its myriad manifestations. We'll explore the qualities and emotions that make somewhere feel like home, whether it's a physical space, within ourselves, our bodies, or in Nature.

 

Under the full moon's glow, these explorations of our sanctuaries will move through different dwellings in the natural world, reminding us of our deep connection to the Earth and celebrating the spirit of home, community, and belonging in this co-creative space.
