Job title: Fundraising Manager

Salary: £32,000 per annum FTE (Pro-rated to £19,200 per annum for 21 hours per week).
Working hours: 21 hours per week (Part-time)
Location: Work from home, must be UK based.
Benefits: 32 days paid annual leave, including public holidays per annum (FTE), flexible working and TreeSisters operates a discretionary wellness scheme which currently offers six wellness days (FTE) pro-rata per annum.

As Fundraising Manager, you will work on the whole Fundraising mix with a specific focus on individual giving. Supporting the Head of Income Generation with implementing the Fundraising Strategy for TreeSisters to ensure we have the finances to achieve our organisational objectives.
You will play an integral role in planning and implementing fundraising campaigns alongside the Head of Income Generation, ensuring we have a stable funding pipeline. Your primary focus will be individual giving, including donor development, community-based fundraisers and events such as festivals. In addition, you will help with developing a legacy strategy and writing foundation and trust applications. You will ensure that all activities are ethical, compliant and adhere to the relevant codes of practice.

You are an experienced and creative fundraiser who wants to develop your skills across the fundraising mix whilst relishing the challenge of growing individual income from new and existing audiences. You will be self-motivated and thrive in a globally distributed, virtual team environment. You will be a people person with strong collaboration, communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. You love the natural world and feel a strong connection with TreeSisters Mission and Vision to restore our global forests whilst supporting gender equity.
Fundraising streams & Donor Management
Responsible for developing individual giving fundraising and planning and delivering community-based fundraisers and events. Developing digital fundraising campaigns with the Marketing team and Head of Income Generation.
Fundraising Development
Planning and developing Legacy fundraising and supporting with trust and foundation applications. Assessing fundraising opportunities whilst being aware of Fundraising legislation and protocols. Maintaining great relationships with Donors and assisting with the Salesforce CRM database.
Working with other Departments & Stakeholders
Motivating all other team members to promote fundraising whilst working closely with all other teams to support and create powerful fundraising messages.
