Beth joined TreeSisters in June 2021 to oversee and develop the People function. Beth has worked for the charity sector for many years and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Beth has a real passion for HR and ensuring that TreeSisters vision, mission and purpose is embedded within all our People policies and procedures so that Team members, Consultants and Volunteers are all supported to enable them to be able to continue their amazing work for the greater good! She has a Husband, 3 daughters, a dog and a cat. She has done two marathons with her husband and also two ballroom fundraising dancing competitions with her husband. Beth is also a keen pianist.
Beth wanted to combine her love of people with her connection with nature and helping the Charity to make a real difference.
Beth lives in the Forest and loves walking in nature, running over her local woods and hills and enjoying quiet restful time outdoors.
