BOOK CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Booking:

Tickets are purchased through Eventbrite. By completing the registration process, you agree to pay the specified fee for attending the Nature Connections Book Club. Payment is due at the time of registration. Payment methods accepted will be specified on the registration page. All purchases are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or circumstances. If you can no longer attend, please contact us at learning@treesisters.org, and we will explore moving your booking to an alternative date. You may choose to give an additional donation at the time of booking. We regret that donations are non-refundable.

Participation:
 

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive confirmation and details about joining the Nature Connections Book Club. Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email to register for the Zoom event. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment, internet connection, and software required to participate. We are unable to support you with any technical issues on your end.

By attending the Nature Connections Book Club, you agree to follow our Code of Conduct.

Changes and Cancellations:

While we will make every effort to ensure the Nature Connections Book Club runs as planned, we reserve the right to change the event's date, time, format, or content at any time and for any reason. If we need to make changes to the event, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity. 

We reserve the right to cancel the Nature Connections Book Club at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, we will inform you as soon as possible and may offer refunds at our discretion. Regrettably, donations cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Nature Connections Book Club, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
