When you let TreeSisters into your heart, creativity is sure to follow!

 

Togetherness can unleash our audaciousness and courage, and together the sky is the limit in terms of what we could achieve! So, how can we support each other to help bring the TreeSister vision into reality? How can we make it nourishing, fun, utterly feminine, appropriate, loving and respectful of all life? Seed these questions into your heart and see what grows...

 

Basically you can contribute in as many ways as your imagination can find. The possibilities will constantly grow as we inspire and learn from each other. The framework of the map gives us our brief: how can we get real, get together, deepen our connection to nature, take action to protect her and offer our gifts to the cause?

 

Here’s some ideas for starters (the pink are links!)

 

....set up your monthly donation to TreeSisters as a new heart beat of giving, host a film night, watch a relevant film, let the truth in and see what arises, if you have ideas and want to take action with friends, then start your own TreeSister group and get creative together, deepen your connection to the feminine by exploring women's mysteries, fall in love with a tree, join the book team or the film team, play the 50p game, throw a tree party, help with fundraising or your own fundraiser, help spread the word, print and hand out fliers, arrange a talk or a workshop for us, join one of the conference calls to learn more about the map of 5 choices or the shadow map, body meditation and the project as a whole (details in our updates/newsletter/you'll get them when you register) become a volunteer, try meditation or yoga, write a living nature story for your children or explore The Elf that Flew, help us gather music for events, build a garden shrine, grow your own food, read the soil story to your 6-8year olds, build a garden shrine or an altar in your home, get stuck into research for us, go to a dance class, collect tree seeds, create a Mother bed for saplings, shift to 100% renewable energy, start or join a transition town group, write a play, plant an orchard, research eco-companies, start that project, take that risk, gather your friends, come up with a plan...sit and gaze at this glorious natural world that sustains us and feel into what might be yours to do for her....we all have gifts to offer, and TreeSisters is an opportunity to let reality and the future of our children become more important than the fears that normally hold us back!!

 

Here are the questions embedded in the Map:

• Consideration: how can you get more real about climate change, or more in the know about our world?
• Encouragement: how do we get together, grow the network and inspire change in ways that bring joy and pleasure?
• Intimacy: what can you do to nourish, nurture and heal yourself that deepens your connection to your body, to spirit and to the natural world.
• Responsibility: how could you immediately step into a more respectful relationship with the planet? What actions, large or small, could you begin taking right now?
• Courage: what gifts, talents and abilities are within you waiting for an excuse to shine? In what ways could you take leadership, step up and out, offer creativity, audaciousness or inspiration to yourself and others?

 

This is an invitation to bring the natural world more deeply into your life, to bring your own femininity forward in ways that nourish you, to touch your own courage and offer yourself in ways that work to protect our world and bring Mother Nature back to the centre of our lives.

 

Think yummy, fun, together, surprising, relaxing, inspirational, outrageous, glorious, intimate and practical. Remember it’s an experiment, you can’t fail.
